Nusa Dua / Tanjung Benoa
The Bukit peninsula · Bali
Nusa Dua is a planned resort enclave on the eastern side of the Bukit peninsula, with Tanjung Benoa on the spit just to its north. Layout is the defining feature: wide avenues, manicured planting, set-back buildings and a great deal of space between things.

What it feels like
What Nusa Dua / Tanjung Benoa is actually like
The atmosphere is deliberately managed rather than organic. It is the calmest and most predictable part of south Bali, and the least like a Balinese town — which is either exactly what someone wants or exactly what they do not.
Practical
Getting around, and what to plan for
The most spacious and easiest to move around by vehicle of any area in south Bali, because the roads were planned for it. It is also the most self-contained, so a treatment here is usually arranged where you are staying rather than sought out elsewhere.
Treatments
Which treatments suit this area
The scale and the resort setting suit longer, quieter appointments with more space — the kind of treatment that is part of an unhurried day rather than fitted around one. The calm water at Tanjung Benoa also makes it the most natural base for water-based recovery.
Booking readiness
Guides available
BaliBetween publishes guides for this area. The venue network has not been built here yet, so nothing can be requested or booked.
An area appears on this site because BaliBetween publishes guides for it. Booking is switched on separately, one area at a time, once venues there have been verified and the local market has passed its readiness checks.
Booking opens when the venue network is ready
BaliBetween confirms every time with the venue before showing it to you, so the service opens area by area, once enough venues in that area are on it. Until then, the payment and confirmation steps are switched off rather than half-working.
Read the Bali spa guides or email us and we will tell you when booking opens.
