Contact BaliBetween
hello@balibetween.id — one address, read by a person.
One address reaches a person. There is no ticket queue behind it yet, so please say what you need in the first line.
Useful subject lines, so it reaches the right place:
- A request or a booking — include the date and the area.
- Listing a venue — say which area you are in and what you offer.
- Something went wrong — say whether it is about a booking, a payment, or safety.
- Press or general — anything that does not fit above.
What to expect
Email is answered by a person during Bali hours. If your message is about a booking that is in progress, it is read against the actual record of that booking rather than from the email alone.
BaliBetween does not offer a phone line, and the service is not yet open for bookings. If you are writing to book a treatment today, the honest answer is that the booking service has not opened yet — see how it works and the guides in the meantime.
If you run a venue
Venue enquiries are the messages worth sending earliest, because the venue network is what gates the launch. Tell us the area, the treatment types, and roughly how much same-day capacity you usually have. More on how we work with venues.
